Last month, The Premier of Ontario announced a province-wide shutdown will be in effect from Saturday, December 26, 2020, until Saturday, January 23, 2021 for all public health unit regions in Southern Ontario.
As an essential service, our portfolio services will continue to operate. However, our physical office has been closed and all in-person appointments have been cancelled.
To continue our services, our team has implemented work-from-home procedures. Staff will only be going into the office as needed with strict health and safety protocols in place.
This includes:
- Masks to be worn at all times.
- Proper physical distancing of 2 metres at all times.
- Proper cleaning and disinfecting protocols to be in place at all times, including hand washing and sanitizing regularly.
Client meetings will take place virtually via video or phone call. Brief in-person meetings will only take place if absolutely necessary, with very strict health and safety precautions in place. Please contact your portfolio manager for more details.

We recognize this is a difficult time, and we also recognize that we are heading into a very busy season (deadlines for RRSP and TFSA contributions, tax return, etc.) But, in the safest way possible, our team is dedicated to providing proper and effective services to our clients.
