Polly joined RaeLipskie in 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience in client relationship management, operations, and administrative support. Her diverse background across real estate, financial services, and technology has shaped a strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a consistent commitment to service excellence.

As a member of the back office team, Polly supports trade processing, client reporting, and data administration, playing a key role in ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. Originally from Brazil, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC) in Brazil and a diploma in International Business from Conestoga College in Canada.

Polly and her husband have lived in Canada since 2021 and are raising their two children in the Waterloo Region. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in local running events, and cheering on her son at soccer games and her daughter at competitive dance performances.
