Rebecca Schoenhardt, CFA

Rebecca’s passion for helping clients has been a north star throughout her progressively senior roles in wealth management, private banking, and commercial banking. Her global experiences include supporting high net worth families and individuals in the USA, UK, Cayman Islands, Germany, and major cities across Canada. Rebecca is thrilled to be rooted in Waterloo and part of RaeLipskie since 2026.

A CFA charterholder since 2016, Rebecca also has an MBA from Schulich School of Business where she graduated with the silver medal. Prior to her finance career, Rebecca led her own equestrian business as a coach and trainer and was listed to the Canadian Equestrian Team.

Outside of the office, she volunteers with a variety of community organizations including the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra, Food Bank, and Chamber of Commerce. She frequents live theatre, music, and arts events; is a mediocre but very keen golfer, cyclist, and gardener; and plugs into her love of equestrian sport by judging dressage competitions throughout Southwest Ontario.
